Glasmar Moderation Q&A
What is the difference between 'the team' and 'the staff'?
There is very little difference between the team and the staff; the team refers to administrators (admins), moderators (mods), and contributors. These folx work together to create content for Glasmar. The staff refers to mediators and community problem-solvers: the admins and mods. Not everyone on the team are considered staff, but everyone on staff is a part of the team. In short: there really isn't much of a difference, nothing to worry yourselves over.
What are administrators (admins)?
Admins are overseers of the community and project. They keep the gears moving and maintain the project flow so that updates happen. Administrators maintain the team and give direction in regards to new content. All problems are escalated to the admins.
What are moderators (mods)?
Moderators (mods) are, with the exception of Roleplay Moderators (RP Mods) universal in their duties to Glasmar's community. They assist with game errors, game bugs, hosting contests, and player disputes. Mods are overseen by the admins and escalate issues to the admins as necessary. If you have a problem with a moderator, please contact an administrator.
What are contributors?

Contributors are rewarded with the Tier 4 rewards of a Glasmar donor, including the in game donor role allowing them to use the /goto command! Anyone is free to apply to be a contributor, please see our applications page for how to apply.

I started playing IT games a few years back, around 2012. That was only a few years ago, right? I like creating presets and roleplaying within the community when I have the time. I'm also probably the most furry of the entire staff team so I have that crime going for me. - Discord: Cybera#0031 |
